The tool only allows you to select an existing directory. It needs the ability to create a directory or folder to recover the files too.

$90 for a program is too high

If you only drive is lost, this tool will not recover. Even installing it to the drive with problems will over write possibly recoverable data.

Reporting, "This device is not accessible" isn't helpful.

Using the drive further can make the data loss permanent.

Web of trust is showing your site and unsafe and untrustworthy. You really gotta fix that.

If the program is registered then a large icon is a waste. Use the space to do something like EXIT.

All the links to the internet look like the most important part of the program. for Freeware/donationware this may be so but it is off-putting for a program you have paid $90 for. A standard title bar would have more than sufficed.

This expensive software currently does not allow recovering a failed primary drive.

I suggest you add; Instructions to install on USB stick, this will help many members, thanks in advance.
